Once the classes have commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, irrespective of attendance, participation, or discontinuation by the student. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels
specified by CWEECE. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted. info@cweece.com
2. Refund Before Commencement of Classes
Refund requests will be considered only if the classes have not started and the student submits a formal refund request within 15 days from the date of fee payment.
3. Time Limit for Refund Requests
4. No refunds shall be processed once the classes have commenced or after 15 days from the payment of fee, whichever is the earliest.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within the stipulated internal processing period and credited back through the original mode of payment, after applicable administrative deductions, if any.
6. Final Authority
The decision of CWEECE management regarding refunds shall be final and binding in all cases.
